First and foremost, we’ve added the option to order many of our rifles directly from our website. While customers are encouraged to continue contacting us for personalized orders, those looking for a more streamlined experience can select the rifle they are interested in from our product list and begin the ordering process.
This process starts with choosing the rifle of your choice. All of CheyTac USA’s bolt-action rifles, including the S.A.P.P., Paladin, M300 Praetorian, M200 Intervention®, and M200 Intervention® Deployment Kit, are available for purchase directly from our website.
The second step is customization. Each rifle comes with an array of customization options, including caliber, furniture coloring or print, and barrel finish. For select firearms, such as the S.A.P.P., you can also specify a barrel length to create a platform tailor-made for your desired application, as well as a suppressor. Most rifles offer a variety of enhanced trigger options, including Timney Elite Hunter and Timney 2-stage triggers, to match the shooter’s preferences.
Once the rifle matches your specifications, you can begin selecting add-ons to optimize your shooting experience. Extra add-ons like high-quality Pelican cases, extra rails, and tool kits provide enhanced utility, and those marksmen who prefer to be ready for any eventuality can order extra barrels and magazines.
With the rifle now customized to your heart’s content, you can hit the “buy now” button, and we’ll send the gun to an FFL dealer of your choosing. The CheyTac USA manufacturing team will take your design and assemble it to your exact specifications, delivering a precision-crafted firearm within weeks of purchase.
M200 Intervention® Done Your Way
CheyTac’s flagship rifle has entered a whole new world of customization with the addition of the M200 Intervention® Configuration Tool! This handy application lets you craft a fully bespoke M200 using a 3D modeling tool packed with unique visualization options.
The configuration tool is fully interactive, allowing users to rotate the model by clicking and dragging anywhere in the window to adjust the view angle. Individual parts on the rifle can be selected to bring up customization options.
Each selectable part is highlighted as the cursor moves through it, making it easier to visualize. Almost every part of the rifle can be selected for individual customization, including the silencer, barrel, rail, buttstock, receiver, magazine, bipod, carry handle, trigger guard, and monopod.
Customization options differ depending on the part selected, but all will let you choose a unique color finish or print to create a fully personalized build. If you want a uniform look for the rifle, you can also select a single part and apply a single finish to the entire end product.

As CheyTac products have gained prominence, various online sources have published details that do not align with our verified specifications or performance data. Since the introduction of the M200 Intervention®, CheyTac’s line of high-performance weaponry has attracted many copycats and poorly informed “experts” who circulate incorrect details about what our products are or are not capable of.
