LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

CheyTac USA, Inc. prides itself in delivering the very best products and customer service. We rely on our customers to provide us with honest feedback so we can continue to perfect our products. It is our promise to listen, learn, and rectify any issues that may arise.

Every CheyTac USA rifle is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, during the ownership of the original purchaser. If verified to be a manufacturer defect, repairs and shipping are free of charge. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all manufacturer defects, including accuracy.

Every rifle is guaranteed Sub-MOA accuracy and is tested in our facility prior to shipping. We define sub-MOA accuracy as 3 shots – under 1 inch – from 100 yards – using factory ammunition. If you are experiencing issues with accuracy, please check the following items prior to filing a claim with us.

· Barrel Nut: (M200 Intervention Owners) If you recently changed the barrel on your rifle, ensure that the barrel nut is tightened to the specifications listed in section 4.9 of the manual.

· Scope rings and Scope: Ensure you are using good quality products, and that they are securely tightened to the manufacturer’s specifications.

· Barrel: Ensure your barrel is clean, and free of dirt and debris.

· Ammunition: Use only high quality, or CheyTac® factory loaded ammunition.

If all the above components have been checked and found to be working properly, please contact support@cheytac.com or call 731-535-6029 for further assistance and an RMA.

RIFLES SHOULD BE SHIPPED TO US WITH OPTICS AND RINGS REMOVED.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not apply to:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, poor maintenance, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage to optical devices.

WARRANTY IS VOID if improper or handloaded ammunition is used, the rifle was serviced by an unauthorized gunsmith, and/or failure to follow instructions in the operation manual.

If you purchased your rifle through a dealer, please register your firearm in our warranty program below.

LIFETIME: Refers to the length of time the rifle is owned by the original purchaser.

COVERAGE: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
