About CheyTac USA®
Over the past 25 years, CheyTac USA® and the CheyTac M200 Intervention® have achieved numerous milestones, setting world records, being featured in films, television, and video games, winning competitions, and serving alongside law enforcement and the military. In March 2020, the CheyTac USA® name and intellectual property were acquired and relocated to Huntingdon, Tennessee, where it remains today. Additionally, in the same year, CheyTac USA® launched its new AR line, expanding its reach and introducing its products to a wider audience.

CheyTac USA, Inc. (CAGE 9T5F4) is the sole, independent owner of the CheyTac brand, all associated trademarks, patents, and manufacturing rights for the M200 Intervention rifle and .408 / .375 CheyTac ammunition, as well as all other CheyTac branded products.
Current Status
CheyTac USA, Inc. operates independently from any other entity. All current production, sales, government contracting, and brand activities are conducted exclusively by CheyTac USA, Inc. under its own CAGE code (9T5F4) and SAM.gov registration. The company's trademarks — including "CHEYTAC," "CHEYTAC USA," and "M200 Intervention" — are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
