1. Sponsor

The giveaway is organized and sponsored  by CheyTac USA (“Sponsor”). This  promotion is not in any way sponsored,  endorsed, administered by, or associated  with Instagram, Meta, or any other social  media platform.

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates of CheyTac USA, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on June 11 2025, and  ends on June 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern  Standard Time (EST). Entries submitted  after the closing date will not be  considered. 

4. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, entrants  must complete the following actions during  the entry period:

  • Follow the official CheyTac USA Instagram account (@CheyTac_USA).
  • Like the designated giveaway post. Comment on the giveaway post, tagging two(2) friends.
  • Additional Entry Opportunities: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @CheyTac_USA to earn two (2) additional entries.
Participants may submit unlimited entries, provided all entries adhere to the rules. Entries that fail to comply with these requirements will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verified random selection tool. The winner announcement will be made on July 1, 2025, via CheyTac USA’s official Instagram account (@CheyTac_USA), Facebook, and Cheytac.com.
6. Prize
The prize is a merchandise bundle valued at approximately $75 and includes the following:
  • One (1) signature CheyTac t-shirt
  • One (1) CheyTac logo hat
The prize is non-transferable, non exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the announcement. The winner must respond within 72 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
8. Publicity
By participating in the giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that compromises its integrity.
  • Any attempts to tamper with or disrupt the giveaway process will result in disqualification.
  • All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding the giveaway are final and binding.
10. Liability Release
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless CheyTac USA, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
11. Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for its administration and will not be shared with third parties.
12. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from the giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
13. Agreement to Terms

Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
